What size dogs is WagRoll™ suitable for?
WagRoll™ can be used with dogs of all sizes. As with any interactive pet toy, we recommend supervising play, particularly with larger or stronger dogs.
Can cats use WagRoll™ too?
Yes. WagRoll™ can also be used as an interactive toy for cats that enjoy chasing moving objects.
Can WagRoll™ be used outdoors?
WagRoll™ is primarily recommended for indoor use. It can be used outdoors at your own risk on suitable dry surfaces, but avoid wet, muddy or rough environments that could damage the toy.
Is WagRoll™ waterproof?
No. We recommend keeping WagRoll™ dry and avoiding water, puddles, wet grass or submerging the product.
Does WagRoll™ light up?
Yes. All WagRoll™ versions feature lighting during play.
Does WagRoll™ make sound?
Only the variant specifically labelled “with sound” includes the sound feature. Other versions operate without that feature.
What comes with my WagRoll™?
You will receive the WagRoll™ version you selected along with the applicable accessories for that variant and a USB charging cable. Contents can vary slightly depending on the version selected.
How long does WagRoll™ take to charge?
A full charge takes approximately 30 minutes under the stated charging conditions. For best results, use a 5V/1A power source.
How long does the battery last?
WagRoll™ is stated to provide up to approximately 6 hours of use. Actual runtime can vary depending on the selected mode, frequency of movement and how the toy is used.
Where do you deliver?
We currently deliver within the UK only.
How much is delivery?
Delivery is free on all UK orders.
How long will my order take to arrive?
UK delivery normally takes approximately 5–8 days.
What is your returns policy?
We offer free 30-day returns starting from the day your order is delivered. Returned products must be unused and returned in suitable condition. Contact us if you need to arrange a return.
Do I have to pay for return shipping?
No. Eligible returns are free.
Can I exchange my order?
Yes. If you need an exchange, contact us and we will help you with the next steps.
Can I cancel an order after placing it?
Orders cannot be cancelled once they have been placed. If you no longer want the product, wait until it has been delivered and then contact us to arrange a return and refund.
