This website is operated by [Veno Pet], referred to throughout as "we", "us" or "our". By using this site or placing an order, you agree to these terms.

Placing an order

When you place an order, you'll receive an email confirming we've received it. This is an acknowledgement, not acceptance. The contract between us is formed when we email you to confirm dispatch.

We reserve the right to decline or cancel an order — for example if the item is out of stock, if there's been a pricing error, or if we suspect fraudulent activity. If we cancel an order you've already paid for, we'll refund you in full.

Pricing

All prices are shown in GBP and include VAT where applicable. Delivery is free. 

We take care to price everything correctly, but errors happen. If we discover an error in the price of an item you've ordered, we'll contact you before dispatch and give you the choice of continuing at the correct price or cancelling for a full refund.

We may change prices at any time, but changes won't affect orders already confirmed.

Products

We do our best to represent our products accurately in photographs and descriptions. Colours can appear differently depending on your screen, and measurements are approximate.

Our products are grooming and pet care accessories intended for general use with healthy animals. They aren't veterinary products and aren't intended to diagnose, treat or prevent any condition. If your pet has a skin problem, an injury, or a coat issue you're worried about, please speak to a vet.

Using our products safely

Please use grooming tools gently and stop if your pet appears distressed. Keep them out of reach of children and don't leave your pet unattended with them.

Payment

Payment is taken at the point of order through Shopify Payments. We don't store your card details.

Intellectual property

All content on this site — text, images, product descriptions, logos and design — belongs to us or is used with permission. You're welcome to browse and share links, but please don't reproduce our content commercially without asking.

Liability

We're responsible for loss you suffer as a foreseeable result of us breaking these terms or failing to use reasonable care. We don't exclude or limit our liability where it would be unlawful to do so, including for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, or for fraud.

We aren't liable for business losses, as our products are supplied for domestic and private use.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. The version that applies to your order is the version live on the site at the time you ordered.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any dispute will be subject to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
