Consumer rights

Your rights as a consumer are protected by the Consumer Rights Act 2015 and the Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013. Nothing in our policies limits those rights.

Complaints

If something has gone wrong, email [hello@venopet.com] with your order number and a description of the problem. We'll acknowledge within one working day and aim to resolve it within five.

If you're not satisfied with our response, you can contact Citizens Advice consumer service on 0808 223 1133 or through the Citizens Advice website, and they can refer the matter to Trading Standards.
