Where we ship

We currently ship across the United Kingdom.

Processing time

Orders are processed within 1–2 working days. Orders placed at weekends or on bank holidays are processed the next working day.

You'll receive a confirmation email when your order is placed, and a second email with tracking once it's dispatched.

Delivery times

Standard UK delivery — [5-8] working days from dispatch, delivery is free on all orders. .

Delivery estimates are estimates, not guarantees. Most orders arrive comfortably within the window, though occasionally carrier delays, adverse weather or peak periods can push things back.

Tracking

Every order is sent with tracking. You'll get a link by email once it's on its way. Tracking information can take up to 48 hours to start updating after dispatch — this is normal and doesn't mean anything is wrong.

Delivery address

Please check your address carefully at checkout. We can usually amend it if you email us within a couple of hours of ordering, but once a parcel has been dispatched we can't redirect it.

If a parcel is returned to us because the address was incorrect or nobody was available to receive it, we'll refund the item cost, though not the original delivery charge.

Late or missing parcels

If your order hasn't arrived within the estimated window, check your tracking link first, then have a look around the property and with neighbours — carriers often leave parcels in a safe place.

If it's still nowhere to be found, email hello@venopet.com with your order number and we'll chase the carrier. We won't leave you to do it yourself.

Customs and import charges

All prices shown include VAT. There are no additional customs or import charges for UK customers.
