Check your engraving carefully before ordering. Your collar is made using the name and contact number you submit. Once it has been engraved, it cannot be returned simply because the spelling, number, colour or size selected by the customer was incorrect.

Can I cancel or change my order?
Contact us as soon as possible at hello@venopet.com. We will check whether your order can still be changed or cancelled. Once personalisation has been completed or the order has been dispatched, changes may no longer be possible.
What if I entered the wrong engraving details?

What if my engraving arrives incorrect?
If the engraving does not match the information you submitted, contact us at hello@venopet.com with your order number and details of the issue so we can arrange the appropriate resolution or refund.
Can I return or exchange a personalised collar?
Personalised collars cannot be returned or exchanged for a different size, colour or change of mind once they have been engraved. If the item arrives faulty, damaged, not as described, or incorrectly personalised by us, contact hello@venopet.com.
How many characters can I enter?
Each personalisation field supports up to 40 characters. Keep the information concise so the engraving remains clear and readable.
What can I have engraved?
The collar is designed for your dog's name and a contact number. Enter both exactly as you want them to appear on the nameplate.
How do I order more than one personalised collar?
Personalise and add each collar to your cart separately. This ensures every collar keeps its own colour, size, name and contact number. You can then purchase all of them together in one checkout.
How should I clean the collar?
Wipe the collar gently with a soft, slightly damp cloth and allow it to air dry naturally. Avoid soaking it in water, machine washing, strong cleaning products or placing it near direct heat.
Will I receive tracking information?
